Trial and error, redos, backtracking, frustration, creation, implementation, observation, repeat. All of this was done to get this one character drawn. Just so you know, Gilda is by far the most difficult MLP character I've ever drawn alongside Kirins. To be more specific, her head shape and face. Trying to apply her head shape onto a humanoid body was difficult. I've had to practice getting only just that down for a while now and finally did it. Everything else though was easy enough.

Whether it's picking on thweebs or upholding the values of the griffon race, Gilda will be there to still call you a thweeb before leaving. However, this Equestria's reality of Gilda is seen more as a leader than your local town bully. She watches over a lot of the griffons in her homeland while making frequent visits to Ponyville to visit her other athletic boyish friend Rainbow Dash. She'll get into fights as much as possible if anyone gets in her way. She's very fast and powerful fighter who fights with efficiency. When not mad at the world or casually calling nearby folks thweebs out of spite, she's very chill. She once helped a few children get their toy plane from a higher area and kindly called them thweebs before waving by and leaving them confused. She's heard about the existence of shrunken humans showing up in Equestria by mistake. Unfortunately for them, Gilda is one of the ones they need to avoid. She'll grab and swallow them whole, crush them under her feet, or force them into being her footslaves forever if she catches any. Rainbow has to make sure that doesn't happen if she's around that is. If they by some miracle appear normal sized and she see's them…she'll first be upset that she can't eat or crush them, but she'll still catch them and take them away to do who knows what to them at her home. Many of Equestria's citizens are very tall and strong and she's no exception.
