Also there's two H.264 streams which is.. strange.. low and high bitrate? (it says 1 fps but it's actually 22)
edit: figured it out.. higher bitrate H.264 encode is a 2013 encode.. lower bitrate is a 2021 encode.. YT just left the old encode in there.. higher bitrate encode looks better during complex scenes, worse during more basic scenes
