Calamus, after hearing the way Brightburn spoke, was surprised. Even worse, Brightburn seemed to pay no mind to the fact that what he was saying was causing many uncomfortable creatures to leave. Calamus began to grow confused and agitated. Surely, he should know better than to say things like that.
