"Hi, I'm still breathing!

Been trying to heal some really bad art burnout, so I said to myself, why don't you do some redesigns. And why don't you slap a whole box of crayons on them and turn them into total eyesores/special merchandise lookin' horses. And you know what? I feel legitimately a little better.

Celestia is inspired by stained glass and typical fairytale princess sorts of things. She's bright, she's gaudy, she glows like a star you'd genuinely want to orbit. I wanted to make her feel warm, loving, all the things that she represents as a steward of the day and of the ponies she watches over.

Luna's look was me trying to mash together her first appearance + residue from the Tantabus/Nightmare, because I feel like that should've left more of a mark on her. Also other bits of animals in there, like orca patterning, and tail feathers, and fangs. She's a wild child.
