I don't really have a big loredump to drop here like with Starswirl, just know that my version of Grogar dabbled a lot in the occult. Spooky, eldritch type magic, hence the tentacles writhing out of his eye sockets whenever he uses magic.
Also he and Starswirl were a thing. Very Grindelwald and Gandalf :u
