This image is confusing and unclear, so I decided an explanation should be added here in order for you guys to know what is being depicted here.

A group of wastelanders (five in total; only one is shown while the other four are off-screen) met a enclave soldier who is alone and wishes to tag along with them. All of them agrees, except the one depicted in the image. She may have not known the existence of the Grand Pegasus Enclave and only knew of them after the soldier introduced herself. She suspects the soldier of hiding a secret from them and tells her companions to be cautious of her as there is a possibly the soldier might betray them.

The image depicts the wastelander looking at the enclave soldier with distrust as she spoke to her companions.
