As always, the weather in Florida gets very hot every month during the summer, much like Hawaii. Izzy and Pipp are flying in the air, with Izzy riding on Pipp's back, as they are heading for Daytona Beach, located in Florida.
"Man, the sky sure is warm, and so is the sun, I just can't think about either one for a split second…" Izzy said, looking so exhausted due to the weather being too hot in the summer in Florida, much like with almost any other city in that state, which is the reason why people often wears sunglasses and hats during this time.
"I feel like Florida's having a competition with Hawaii for the temperatures in the summer." Pipp replied, as she knows that both states are always hot in the summer filled with beautiful beaches around.
"Would've been better with sunglasses, but we should be fine." Izzy told Pipp, looking confident that they will be okay without glasses, since some people residing in Daytona Beach and other cities in Florida doesn't always wear glasses all the time.
Pipp began flying down towards Daytona Beach, preparing for a landing. "Hold on tight, Izzy!" she warned Izzy, making sure Izzy doesn't fall off of her.
"Oh, we're gonna go for a straight crash-on-down into the ground!" Izzy said with happiness, imagining that Pipp is like a rocket when crashing down right in the ground.
Meanwhile, down below at the beach in Daytona Beach, which is usually very crowded with so much people around on the beach, including the ones that be playing in the waves with children, too. However, one human pointed his finger up towards the direction at the sky, which he believes are two falling objects right from the sky.
"Everyone, get down!" The man warned the local visitors, as they two objects came falling down even further, causing people to panic and take cover.
"Izzy, don't let go!" Pipp reminded Izzy because if she didn't, then she would've fell right off of her back.
"Don't worry, I'm still gonna hold on tight onto you as much as I can…!" Izzy said, riding on Pipp as much as she could until they hit the sand.
Some onlookers down below at the beach saw the two ponies almost crashing down at less from 100 ft in the air into the ground, just as they have predicted. Suddenly, as Pipp was flying down even faster, they ended up landing onto the sand, leaving visitors and residents worried about them and decided to check in on them to see if they weren't hurt.
"What happened?" asked some humans, as they all stand closer towards the ponies who crashed into the sand, even their faces are laying in it.
"I'll call the ambulance for help in case they're injured." said one woman with curly brunette hair in a one-piece swimsuit, carrying her husband's phone in her hands.
Before the woman could dial the number, Izzy and Pipp woke up and finally started and when they opened up their eyes, they realized that humans, several humans, are standing between them, and they are just staring at the two ponies.
"My, where are we?" Pipp asked Izzy, as she was looking so dizzy from the landing she was practicing up in the sky.
"Look, Pipp, humans!" Izzy told Pipp, resulting in the latter turning her direction at the humans.
With both Pipp and Izzy still alive and breathing, everyone looked excited and felt glad they are still alright from the crash-landing. "These ponies are alright, no need for ambulance." said one person wearing sunglasses, and a trunk swimsuit, and a necklace around the neck.
"I can't believe everyone's congratulating us for surviving the crash…" Pipp nervously told Izzy, as she was surprised herself that she and Izzy would survive her crash landing.
"Hey, don't worry about that." Izzy replied, as that little incident between themselves was over, though she still believed that she was safe riding on a wing-pony. "At least we should be happy that we are seeing the United States once again. I mean, it's been eight months!"
"E-Eight months?" Pipp asked looking shocked. "Man, I can't believe it has been a while. The last time I call recall was Hawaii back from last November."
Izzy felt Pipp's words and feelings over how much they have missed seeing the United States, as Izzy's last visit was Venice, Italy just about the month ago with Sunny and Hitch. "The people in this country already knows that they've missed us while we all have been exploring countries in other continents." Pipp added, knowing that missing the United States is like forgetting all the people they have known since Tampa.
Eventually, Pipp and Izzy both decided that they should let the topic go and have some fun on the beach, and possibly spend some time with the humans.
"Hello, America, once again." Izzy said in a singing voice while trotting her way towards the humans, with Pipp trying the best she can to catch up.
"I must say, you have missed us, haven't you?" Izzy asked one man with blonde hair wearing black sunglasses and a blue Hawaiian shirt, who was holding his lemonade. "Eh, I don't recall seeing you before until now." He replied.
"Hi, new friend!" Izzy responded, giving him a proper greeting despite not saying her catchphrase just seconds ago in her first sentence.
Eventually knowing each other just right now, the man shook his hands with Izzy's hoof, becoming friends. "The name's Billy J. Osborn." the man introduced himself properly, feeling welcomed that he is meeting Izzy for the first time in his life knowing that he may see her someday next time she visits the city.
"Aww, I just can't help but interact with you humans so much!" Izzy said with excitement towards Billy, looking flattered just by staring at him in the face.
Billy was a bit embarrassed with the unicorn just flattering at him and he could actually pass out from it. "Could you please stop staring at me like that?" He asked her, as she was smiling at him too nice.
"Sorry, I really can't help myself except react very happy whenever I see humans." Izzy giggled, putting her front left hoof behind her shoulder, as humans are always her usual interest when she is visiting the real world.
"Okay, I respect that…" Billy replied, putting his band behind his back and looked nervous still, although he finally agreed with Izzy's opinion.
Meanwhile, Pipp, standing between the large crowd filled with humans, was texting her sister and mother on her phone about her vacation with her friend, Izzy. She texted, "Sister and mother, I am in the real world with my friend, Izzy Moonbow. We are currently having a good time right now."
"Hey, Pipp!" Izzy said, as she was running towards Pipp and stopped before crashing into her phone.
"I was gonna say the same thing." Pipp laughed, as she was feeling the same way as Izzy, giving each other a high-five. "I just got done texting my big sister and mother about our vacation in Daytona Beach."
"Why couldn't you bring them with you?" Izzy asked Pipp, wondering why she didn't take her two known relatives with her before arriving into the real world.
In response to her question, Pipp responded, "That was my plan, but I'm afraid they've been at Zephyr Heights, so I asked them if I could take at least one of my friends for a summer vacation in the real world, and they said they are alright with it, so I found you since I couldn't find the other two in time."
"Don't worry, you can bring them the next time we visit this city or any other cities in this state." Izzy told Pipp, letting her know that she, Zipp and Queen Haven can a family vacation in any city in Florida next year, which Pipp considered interesting.
"Let's go watch the fireworks later on!" Pipp told Izzy, as she realized that a fireworks show was at the beach this night.
"I like the sound that!" Izzy replied, as she couldn't wait for the fireworks show happening later that night. "When we see those fireworks, it will be a real blast and you can tell that Florida will be a spectacular night!"
Later that night, the fireworks show have started, and everyone at the beach watched the fireworks fly right into the air.
"I'm just like so happy that we are seeing this." Pipp Petals said, seeing the fireworks light up in the sky.
"We may not have the others with us, but just us alone, still makes a big difference for this very special holiday." Izzy replied, feeling happy that things can be easy, even without having all her friends on any adventures in the real world. "I do hope that the next time we bring the rest."
"Now that I do wanna see happen." Pipp said, hoping that her sister and mother have the chance to come with her next time they visit any state, even Florida.
And so, Izzy and Pipp decided that they will keep watching the fireworks show until it was eventually over, which was the best thing about their trip. They realized that they don't always need others with them, and can bring other ponies they have known so long the next time they take an adventure in the United States.
