Mac has never managed to fit in either place. He wasn't very good at being a changeling, and still gets so much wrong with being a pony. Both parts pull at him, whether its some duty to the past or to friends, but both seem to make demands of him that he can't meet.

Hey, full (if rushed) background on this one. I really really do wish I had more time and a few days to work out the problems and such because this came together pretty fast. The visual device or meme of the two halves wrestling the whole has obviously been done a lot. No part or idea of this stayed through drawing it so this is just where it landed.
