I like to guess what's happening in a picture before reading the title and caption and I thought Rarity had just spent a really tiring day in the garden or something. This scene sort of just popped into my head and after reading the caption, I felt it still somewhat worked so I drew it. > > Plus, I really wanted to draw a follow up to WhiteDiamond's drawing. That said, it turns out [LateCustomer](https://latecustomer.deviantart.com/) beat me to it with [Caramel Covered Marshmallow](https://derpibooru.org/images/983533), and honestly, I think like his so much better. > > Artistically, Rarity's pose was slightly challenging. I thought the head and body would be most difficult, but that actually came out okay. What I'm less happy with is the legs. They're actually quite difficult to position. Her left (our right) leg was originally more like Applejack's (pointing backwards) but then it just looked like she had no legs and would fall over. Oh, and her hairstyle was something I had never done so that was interesting. > > Applejack was actually not too bad. It was interesting trying to convey that sense of "mud and dirt" on her coat. Not sure if I did well. > > =
