> The concept behind it is simply the Cobra (who is called Petresisian in this particular scenario) has the ability to turn matter into stone using his petrifying breath! However, when it comes to capturing victims, he always targets the feet (or hooves in this case) with his breath, so his prey is suddenly stopped dead in their tracks, and free for him to have his fun hehe….he is also able to swing his hood side to side in a Rhythm like matter to hypnotise his prey, a sort of hypnotic dance you might call it. He's just long enough to coil certain preys too, but he probably enjoys encasing his victims feet in stone a lot more….he must have a thing for his victims wearing stone boots.
> The story line behind the image, is taken straight from our RP, when Fluttershy's bunny Angel goes missing….she finds herself wandering into an abandoned tomb in the Everfree forest searching for him…when she notices two blood red ruby eyes watching her from the dark…she then begins to back off and leave….but falls into a trap as the pare of eyes beat her to the fray and as she walks by one particular corner… heavy breathing commence! Her Hooves are suddenly encased in a thick layer of stone….and a cunning Cobra now has the pretty little Pegasus in his Stone boots….
