Ever since she was a filly, Scootaloo dreamt of being the best flier in Equestria. However, ever since being diagnosed with an extremely rare case of PAMID (Physical and Magical Inefficiency Disorder) at a young age, she slowly learned to set aside these dreams in favor of living her best life possible due to the fact that there was a chance that she could never actually be able to fly. Although, on one fateful day (emphasis on fateful), 22 years after her initial diagnosis, Scootaloo's good friend, Sweetie Belle had an idea.
