El próximo 8 de Octubre se conmemora el nacimiento de Frank Herbert, creador de una de las mejores obras de Ciencia Ficción que existan: la saga "Dune".
Así que, en conmemoración a su genio como escritor, le pido a la Comunidad y, en especial, a quienes me siguen, a que dediquemos (como mejor podamos) el mes entero al Universo insólito creado por este increible escritor. Se vale todo: fan- arts, gifs, collage de imágenes de sus películas (la actual y la de 1984), chistes, comics, cuanto les paresca que pudiera ser genial para celebrar la memoria y talento de quien nos trajera la historia de Paul Atreides y cuanto le rodeó, en el increible futuro del año 10.191.
Espero puedan acompañarme en esta iniciativa, yo haré mi parte para festejar cuanto se festeje de esta milenariamente alucinante aventura, la mejor obra "Space Ópera" que haya leído. Me cuesta tener las palabras justas para homenajearlo, así que espero que este modesto y loco trabajo pueda rendirle el justo culto al genio de Herbert.

Next October 8 marks the birth of Frank Herbert, creator of one of the best works of Science Fiction in existence: the "Dune" saga.
So, in commemoration of his genius as a writer, I ask the Community and, especially, those who follow me, to dedicate (as best we can) the entire month to the unusual Universe created by this incredible writer. Anything goes: fan-arts, gifs, collage of images from his movies (current and 1984), jokes, comics, whatever you think might be great to celebrate the memory and talent of whoever brought us Paul's story Atreides and all that surrounded him, in the incredible future of the year 10,191.
I hope you can join me in this initiative, I will do my part to celebrate as much as is celebrated of this millennially amazing adventure, the best work "Space Opera" that I have ever read. It's hard for me to have the right words to honor him, so I hope that this modest and crazy work can pay the just cult to Herbert's genius.
