Thundercracker (blue pony) took Skywarp (dark purple pony) to the Hearts And Hooves Day theme carnival as a way to keep Skywarp from knowing his Hearts and Hooves day gift, but things don't work well and in an attempt to stall, Thundercracker lies to Skywarp that the surprise was a friendly hoofshake, which as you can tell made him disappointed. And yes, all of this while riding the Ferris Wheel.
