Hello everyone! It’s been quite a while since I’ve uploaded anything on here. But things have really, REALLY gotten busy over the last couple years. I’m getting ready to start work and everything so I’m having to study my courses for graduation before I start. I don’t really what to bore you with my life story so I just wanted to throw this up here and see what you guys think.

Steamhammer is a progressive Bluesrock band from Worthing, England. The band consisted of Kieran White on vocals, rhythm guitar and harmonica, Martin Pugh on lead guitar, Steve Davy on bass, Martin Quittenton also on rhythm guitar, and Micheal Rushton on drums. Their first album (which is the cover that I ponified here) came out in 1969 with one of the best songs I’ve ever heard in Junior’s Wailing, which turned out to be a huge hit for them. It was also released as a single and got a decent amount of air play in London. The whole album though is just off the charts in my opinion as they also cover a couple Muddy Waters tunes. Their second and third albums came out in (1969, 1970) with MKII coming out in 69, and Mountains coming out in 70. All three albums were fantastic! No exaggeration! My personal favorites from Mountains is Riding on the L&N, Hold That Train, and Walking Down The Road, with the latter two being live performances. Unfortunately, Kieran White left in 1971 and they ended up going space rock when Ian Ellis took over in 1972. Definitely not the direction I would’ve chosen myself but that’s just me. However, in 2022 they reformed and did another studio record called Wailing Again which turned out to be as funominal as I thought it would.

I hope you guys check them out because I promise you, you will not be disappointed. Not in the slightest!
