She is the fluffiest pony of them all and has to sheared multiple times a year, or she will ruin the couch and pillows. She's a earth pony, but she can create simple quartz crystals with her hooves at will.

My headcanon is that earth ponies can manipulate the earth to a certain extent, explaining how the Pies made rock farming a career.
