prisma's mane is naturally white, but she loves rainbows too much not to dunk her mane and tail in it. she asks sparkling skies to bring down a cloud with liquid rainbow in the middle, for her to keep that glorious color. she's very laid-back, working as the mare who organizes inbound and outbound mail in the post office. she's a great listener, but when she does speak up, she's always got something good to say.

crystal clear is a cow pony hybrid. she does have a cutie mark, but it's naturally covered by a flank marking! she works at the same post office as prisma; she carries things in her naturally-coiled tail, like a cocoon for whatever parcel she may need to deliver! if you hear her jingling collar emerald, you know your package has arrived! she's very chipper after a childhood struggling with the insecurity of being such a hybrid, and tries to make sure everyone she comes across feels important.
