A Million years ago, I made this OC based on a dream I had. Perma here is venomous so those around tend to die when around her long enough. Despite this, she is a sweetie, wanting to be friends with whoever she meets. Unfortunately for her, the only ones who dont die when around her are… not so nice guys.

I changed up her design slightly but I tried to keep her Rarity foundation. She has a Nightmare Rarity color scheme wiyh a draconic body because… I don't know. That's how I drew her before and I still like her design. I'll probably redrzw the others too, since they are fun OC's to draw.

Previous Description:

The character is from a dream I had in which I was trying to keep her away from foals cause her powers were unstable. I failed and she ended up killing a lot of ponies because she was scared while hiding from them in the bathroom.

The name that came to me when thinking of her was permanent Rarity. I'm sure its not the mlp Rarity but she is somehow related to the mare. Her design was originally more draconoques-like but shifted to dragon-like as I drew her. Her color scheme was supposed to be like that of nightmare Rarity but I changed it to this cause I thought it suited her better. Her magic is very unstable due to her horn being broken. She can still use magic but she can't focus it too long and her aim is practically non-existent.
