Happy Cutie Mark Crusader Day!!!

Here's to those three little cutie fillies who spent their childhood finding their cutie marks before finally earning them. Apple Bloom, Applejack's sister, Sweetie Belle, Rarity sister's, and Scootaloo, Rainbow Dash's sister figure, all wanted to find their cutie marks, to find what makes them who they are. They started a secret club called the Cutie Mark Crusaders (or C.M.C.s), whose members were dedicated to trying many activities in order to earn a cutie mark. For over five and a half seasons, these little filly friends searched far and wide for what their special talents are, but with no success, all the while dealing with "neigh"sayers mocking them for not being able to find their proper vocations. But then, after helping Troubleshoes Clyde and Diamond Tiara learn what their cutie marks really mean, our adorable trio finally earned their cutie marks and their true calling — to help others discover their cutie marks. They learned that helping your friends discover their true talents can be very rewarding for them and for yourself, and that somepony that unlocks their full potential could change the world. :D (Big Grin)

But their adventure doesn't end there. They also run a Cutie Mark Day Camp, where they can help multiple blank flanks at once as well as foster teamwork among the foals themselves. After they did, Rumble almost ruined the camp because he was worried that having a cutie mark could limit him. Fortunately, the CMCs, with help from his older brother, Thunderlane, convince him and the other campers that's not true. Then, they tried to get admitted into Twilight's School of Friendship, despite already knowing a lot about friendship. However, after helping the evil Cozy Glow with her friendship lessons, they were given honorary diplomas and became School of Friendship tutors.

But kids are still kids (or foals in this case). There are times when they made poor decisions too, like Apple Bloom using a potion to get her an instant cutie mark, but suffered Cutie Pox, or Sweetie Belle nearly sabotaging Rarity's dress out of jealousy. Of course, they're latest, and perhaps biggest mistake, was when they wished to be grown-ups so they could go to the Appleloosa County Fair, and a magical flower granted their wish. But after getting lost in Hayseed Swamps, and failing to watch the adolescents, Biscuit and Spur's pet Bloofy when they finally arrived, the fair was almost destroyed by the Whirling Mungtooth. Fortunately, Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy managed to fix the problem, and, after the CMCs wished back to their normal ages, they learned that even though they were physically adults, they still lacked the wisdom, experience, and maturity that comes with growing up naturally.

Nonetheless, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo will always remain at each others' sides, and help other foals earn their marks. At one point, Scootaloo was reunited with her parents, Snap Shutter and Mane Allgood, who planned to have her move with them in Shirelanka. However, after attending a town-wide celebration of the Crusaders' success, Scootaloo's folks let her stay in Ponyville, realizing that she and her friends' work is as important as their own. And even to this day, it still is. I am very proud of our Cutie Mark Crusaders. Heart

Time went by after Twilight Sparkle became Equestria's new ruler, and the Cutie Mark Crusaders continued helping ponies find their destinies. Then, when their sisters retired from teaching at the School of Friendship, the three friends took their place, teaching ponies and non-ponies friendship, alongside Silverstream, Ocellus, and Smolder. They were already good tutors. I believe that Applebloom Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo will make excellent teachers.

For this pic, since it's future themed, I brought them in as mares again. I know these are the same as the ones from last year, but Apple Bloom has Goldie Delicious' shawl. The last pic featured them as when they were turned into adults. This is when they actually grew up. I swapped the color of the background to make it more accurate with their cutie marks. And since they are the new teachers at the School of Friendship, the background makes sense.
