Finally Done. It looks good, yet still wonder if it is good enough to reach the demand/requirement that says "These characters are a subject to quality control, and their owners are strictly encouraged to make their submissions as interesting as possible without going too extravagant. "(for "flying characters")
At least I have the confident to say this is "interesting" enough (:з」∠)
This pic is drawn with blender in its 2D Animation tool.(With Grease Pencil)
Drawing, editing, sculpting, three modes I have used. (frequently change one mode into another_(:з」∠)_probably have done my best)

(I was wondering if this should be more colorful though it is more a vectorgraph than a bitmap…_(:з」∠)_But for now I probably can't figure out how to improve it.)
