Guess who's back with more palette shenanigans? This time it's Rugal motherf***in' Bernstein as Discord. Yeah, took me quite a while to…erm, "secure" a copy of KoF '98 UM, LOL. Anyways, multicolored limbs are too hard to adapt to any character, so I just picked his torso and tail for the clothes. And by now you'd notice that I tend to give actual villains (not just plain antagonists) unnatural skin colors, hopefully this one doesn't look too stone-like.
And why normal Rugal instead of Omega Rugal, you ask? 1.) I like his idle stance better, and 2.) This is something Discord would totally do.
