An attempt to improve this (admittedly awful) one from earlier.

I moved her elbow up and out so her left arm isn't so short and misshapen. I narrowed her waist and left shoulder, and put more emphasis on her breasts, to try to give her a more feminine form. And I made her face longer, rounder, and narrower.
