This image has correct "oc only" tag, it's not aliased, and unlikeallmost other imports, it was this way on upload instead of being changed afterwards. The importer code probably ended up stripping out _both_ commas instead of just one of them.
The real question is why >>6184378 hadn't had any accidentally merged tags, even though it's in similar situation. Was "unofficial characters only" the first or the last tag in the relevant string on it?
