I don't get it. Is he scoffed about something and trying to hint at it or is he geniunely sharing his opinion about not accepting tardy pictures? What does he mean by saying that the pictures are tardy? And what qualifies a picture for being tardy from his position of judgement? Why is he including himself in that sentence by saying "we" don't accept tardy pictures? What if some of us accepted tardy pictures but decided not to tell a living soul about his revelation in this field? Did he took part in liking how we don't accept tardy pictures? Do we even accept tardy pictures or is it yet another grand illusion at its making? Are there any rules surrounding the fact that tardy pictures are not to be accepted? How do you even accomplish such a task as to accept a picture, let alone a tardy one? How many pictures were not accepted given the implication that such instances have occured and there are tardy pictures that have not been accepted? What is a connection between rule being a rule and the fact that tardy pictures might have not been accepted?Does he imply that we might have had better fortune if we went along with a pretext of accepting tardy pictures instead of not accepting tardy pictures?
