Another character idea, that came about during a moment of brainstorming while making this character select profile picture for a fake game:

In Fallout 2, (and Fallout 1) you had 3 pre-made character choices to choose from, as well as the option to just make/customize your own character. In this hypothetical 'game', the options would be: series icon Littlepip (the 'Base/Average' character), my character Hardtack (More 'geared towards fighting and weaponry than electronics or diplomacy' option) and this lovely lady… Ivory Gust (the 'lighter, faster, more charismatic but not quite as durable' option).

Her basic story is a pretty simple one, in that I took the main character motivations from Fallouts 1 & 2 and mixed them together. Ivory Gust, a stable-born pegasus of Stable-101, is sent out (or escapes out) into the wastelands on an important mission. Their machines that regulate the clean water and fresh air are starting to malfunction and/or break down. A previous party sent out to find replacement parts from a neighboring Stable comes back empty-handed (and missing 3/4 of the party), Ivory Gust volunteers (or escapes, still deciding) to go travel to other Stables in search of the rumored 'Garden of Equestria' Kit to help solve the Stable's sustainability problems.

The only other idea I got is that she's super-excited to see the outside world, to fly in more open spaces, and whatnot. BUT she also runs into the Enclave, who take her for a 'Dashite', much to her confusion.
