Here is Scarlet Reverie! The Ponyfied design of my favorite Fallout 2 build from back in the day. For the outfit, I simply took the Tribal Skirt from an earlier commission, and combined it with the Vault Suit. For Traits in Fallout 2, I prefer
the Small Frame and Sex Appeal traits, I typically play a smart character with good looks to talk my way out of problems, but develop a healthy Gun skill for when things go south XD
