Octavia: "Seriously, Vinyl? That was quite literally the last of that gas we had in house!"
Vinyl: "Ah, c'mon Tavi, I was sure I almost had it that time! I just, uh, didn't quite get it to mix in the smoke solution fully, yet."
Octavia: "You know, I'm sure that pegasus already has the answer, if you'd had asked him rather than wasting all we had in your own experimenting. Why are you trying to use it in the smoke machines, anyways?"
Vinyl: "Uh… I, uh, figured in small amounts it'd help folks feel a bit fuller after leaving our house while trick-or-treating, maybe? And-and my shows are always more fun when you can feel the beat in your belly, too!"
Octavia: "…I'll concede the latter point, but perhaps we should stick with conventional decor for this nightmare night, hm? Regardless, just, don't get into any more trouble while I go get our tanks refilled."
Vinyl: "I'll do my best, but I also promise nothing."

A few more experiments has the musical household completely empty of gaseous and sugar-based P-235, and with Vinyl otherwise occupied it's up to Tavi to get their toys restocked — and maybe help her housemate out with her endeavors in the process. Hopefully without as much fwhoompy gas around, there's not as much chance of her returning home to even more shenaniganery from Vinyl, either!

Then again, time will tell either way…
