Rainbow Dash had been searching for Scootaloo for hours in an Equestria overtaken by chaos. When she finally found her, Scootaloo was fleeing from a group of infected ponies, their eyes empty and devoid of any trace of their former selves. Without a second thought, Rainbow Dash sprang into action, grabbing Scootaloo and attempting to break through the swarm to get her to safety.


Just as it seemed they might escape, a familiar figure appeared: Gilda, her old griffon friend, now infected as well. Twisted and with dark, menacing eyes, Gilda attacked, bringing Rainbow down to the ground and causing her to lose her grip on the axe that had been her only defense. Trapped and desperate, Rainbow struggles to reach for the axe, refusing to let go of Scootaloo, as Gilda advances upon them.


The scene is a blend of desperation and courage. Rainbow Dash fights against time, determined to protect Scootaloo while her old friend, now a mindless creature, draws dangerously close. Her resolve is clear, but the outcome is uncertain
