Britannia as Skip, commanding officer of the Z-Force from G.I. Joe's UK sister toyline, Action Force.

I had had the idea of using community OC's for some of the exclusive and overseas G.I. Joe or related toyline characters.
And I thought that the mascot for B.U.C.K. would've fit perfectly for the main hero character — in many ways, the equivalent to Duke — of the UK's equivalent to the Real American Hero toyline when it was still it's own entity.
