Dreamcloud takes her job at the Rainbow Factory very seriously.
Each year, when the flight exam failures come through. She looks through each one, does a background check on the family and if there isnt enough ponies to make rainbows for the year,
she has to find a way to lure other ponies into the factory too.

This year, only 2 ponies failed the flight exam.
That is nowhere near enough to make rainbows last for the year. And she has called a meeting with her fellow site manager, Fluttershy,
while Rainbow Dash brings in the current failures of the exam.

This year is going to be busy for Dreamcloud. And they know it.
Now all that's left is to plan.
