Here's Zipp's bedroom ported from Makaryo's updated G5 model pack, with assets extracted from A Zephyr Heights Mystery by Lavendergas.

Some notes:
- Many of the models have multiple skins so that you can change up the theme of the room.
- I ported and tested these specifically for SFM. I can't guarantee it to work in Gmod.
- I replaced the map on her desk because the original textures were extremely low quality. The pics were replaced with official concept art of the Maretime Bay map.
