I was thinking how I should approach Azure and Flashdancer, since this takes place in the future, but I do like their designs as is. I decided to leave them as is and just give them a bit of a wrinkle under their eye. They weren't that old in the show, probably late teens, so here they're probably in their mid to late 30s.
As for why they are still wearing their old clothes, my reasoning is that they are one of those people who refuse to act their age and cling on to their youth for as long as they can.
