A/N:

You have met Air Heart before but since then I've put her through a big redesign, and this is my first time drawing Rainbow Dash's dad. Or at least my version of him, Spectral Ray. With his look, I broke down and and adopted the rule 63 Rainbow Blitz look though I'm in the process of changing some things. Honestly I like the lightning bolt eyebrows a lot so no matter the changes, those will probably stay in some fashion or another.

So anyway, general complaints or critiques are welcome on the part of both of them. It's a work in progress.

They're hard to see, (is that a problem?) But Air Heart is sporting a few scars on the side of her neck. She's been in a few tussles involving pirates who target her airship's precious cargo.

Spectral is a royal guard but I haven't made up my mind on if he is a scout or an engineer. He's certainly fast enough to be a scout but smart enough to be an engineer as well. I like both but engineers get no love. As a friend put it. What they do isn't "tacticool" enough. Can he be both? Eh, I dunno. That might be gary-stu territory so I'll have to pick just one.
