Emerald says that he is a wizard in training and that he can and has handled himself well up until now. He even says he helped take down a kraken. Emerald then asks them their names.

"My name is Loupe." The pony stranger says, pushing up her glasses, "My friend and I are the guides for your journey. Her name is Nishan."

The zebra named Nishan nods her head and then asks, "What's a Kraken?"

"A big zombie robot octopus." Joyride says with a grin.

"…What's a robot?" Nishan says, turning her head.

"Nevermind." Joyride says with a smirk.

The zebra gives the colt a long stare, and then says, "If she wants to risk his her neck, let her."

"That one's a boy, and before you ask the other is a girl." Joyride says, pointing to Emerald who is puffing out his checks angrily.

After a bit of confusion at things settle back to normal he mentions that he was just… Err… Stopping by. No reason.

"Oh, okay. Weirdo." Joyride says, propping her legs up on her table, "Anyway, if you don't need anything I suggest you go, we are discussing boring things right now. Go have fun somewhere else."
