I wasn't exactly planning on celebrating Groundhog's Day with an update of a Christmas pic, but that's just how things ended up.

Usually I don't want to upload updated versions of my work later, most of my stuff here is holiday related and therefore time sensitive, after all. I'm making an exception in this case. I'd had plans for what I thought would be more striking lighting for this that I scrapped in favor of having this out closer to Christmas. If that was the only thing that was bothering me I might have left well enough alone, but the more I looked at the old version the more I felt like the characters, with their bright saturated colors and little if any shading, kind of bled into the background and it's been bugging me all last month.

I'll see you all for Valentine's Day, hopefully on time and hopefully for here on out for the rest of the year.
