Emerald gives the Lady a hug and thanks her for her help. He asks if maybe she can help him test the strength of the shield.

"I suppose I could, though that'd be difficult while I was inside it."

Emerald drops the shield around her and then attempts to cast it again around a rock.

The colt suddenly feels rather dizzy and sits down.

"Tired, little one? That's to be expected. Casting that many spells is pretty impressive for someone your age. Let's take a break."

Emerald nods, and then asks why most of the zombies sleep all day if they don't need to sleep at all.

"The sun isn't too fun for the undead. It can't kill us or anything, but it saps our strength. It's the closest thing to 'tired' we can get."
