Emerald asks what Ruby plans to do today, and says that he plans to go down to the promenade near the docks to find Sushi, Cherry's contact from the Zebralands.

"Well, I was going to go see if Joyride needed anything else. It sounded like there'd be some back and forth between some of the guys I talked to yesterday. If she doesn't need anything though I'll join ya. I haven't been down that way in a long time. It'd be nice to go there without having to worry about lifting purses from passersby."

Emerald decides that maybe talking to Joyride first would be a good idea as well, and after finishing breakfast and cleaning up the two make their way out the door and give it a knock.

There isn't any answer, and after a few more knocks Ruby says, "Well… Maybe she went out? Guess I'm free for the day."
