Story — Friendship Spells Trouble

Narrator: "One day in Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle, Starlight Glimmer and Sunburst are outside at the Ponyville Town Hall, reading a book about diamonds. Trixie, on the other hand, was watching them, and decided to go talk to them."

Trixie: "Sunburst!"

Sunburst: "Not now, Trixie. Can’t you see Twilight’s trying to read this book?"

Trixie: "Trixie doesn’t have time for books, Trixie wants to tell you something important!"

Starlight Glimmer: "Well, you must wait until Twilight is done reading the book. It’s about diamonds."

Trixie: "(gasps) Diamonds?! How impressive!"

Twilight Sparkle: "Trixie, I’m trying to read. Can you please a little bit more silent somewhere else please? I gotta concentrate on this book!"

Trixie: "But Twili—"

Twilight Sparkle: "Eh! Not another word from you!"

Trixie: "Okay, fine. Have it your way! I’m trying to tell Sunburst some important news, and instead, you want me to have fun somewhere else! I will leave all of you alone for now as promised."

Narrator: "A few minutes later, Trixie was sneaking inside the Castle of Friendship, looking for a magic potion in the library."

Trixie: "I need Sunburst listening to me! Now all I need is a magic potion and that he will listen to me more often. Aha! Found it!"

Twilight Sparkle: "Page 100, done. I’m finished reading. Well, I’m gonna the rest to the both of you because I must catch up with my friends. Have fun!"

Starlight Glimmer: "Well, bye, Twilight Sparkle! What should we do now, Sunburst?"

Sunburst: "Umm… check on Trixie?"

Starlight Glimmer: "Okay, just follow my lead. You gotta make up the difference for both Trixie and me since we both get along with you."

Sunburst: "Don’t worry, I already know."

Starlight Glimmer: "Do you hear Trixie inside the castle, Sunburst?"

Sunburst: "Not really. Mind if I go in there and look for her?"

Starlight Glimmer: "I don’t mind, but do what you like."

Sunburst: "Sure thing. Trixie? Trixie? Trixie! Where the heck is she?"

(door opens)

Sunburst: "Trixie, I’ve finally— What’s that you’re holding?"

Trixie: "It’s a magic potion, and I told you to listen to me, but you didn’t! And now, with this magic potion in my hand, you will listen to me more often!"

(little magic dust all over Sunburst)

Sunburst: "Huh? (head shake) What’s going on? Why am I here?"

Trixie: "Yes, it worked. Trixie has did a good job! Now you can hang out with me for a while. We don’t need Starlight coming along."

Sunburst: "No problem at all. It feels good to be with you every now and then."

Starlight Glimmer: "What’s taking him so long? I’ve been waiting for minutes, and I still didn’t hear anything from him yet! Sunburst, come out already!"

(door opens)

Sunburst: "Feeling that having more than one pony as a friend should I spend time with you on some occasions and with Starlight on other occasions. That’s why I should be more confident with you sometimes."

Starlight Glimmer: "Hey, what’s going on with these two?"

Trixie: "Well, that’s different. Today is Tuesday and I was hoping I could take you somewhere."

Sunburst: "Really? That’s impressive!"

Trixie: "Unfortunately, I can’t bring it up because I’ve made it a secret."

Trixie and Sunburst: (laughs)

Narrator: "Later that afternoon, Trixie and Sunburst have been constantly talking with each other for an hour at the lake."

Trixie: "Well, are you happy that Starlight’s not with us?"

Sunburst: "Well, yeah."

Trixie: "That’s what I wanted to hear! Now we can just sit back watch the warm water flow within us."

Starlight Glimmer: "Trixie… you just made a big mistake.” I gotta find Twilight Sparkle immediately!"

Twilight Sparkle: "Is everyone enjoying the donuts that they’re eating?"

Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Applejack: "Mh-hmm."

Rarity: "I’m glad we got the chance to these new strawberry donuts. They taste delicious!"

Pinkie Pie: "Me too! I’m so excited to try new things in Ponyville!"

(door opens)

Starlight Glimmer: "Twilight, come quick!"

Twilight Sparkle: "What’s the matter?"

Starlight Glimmer: "I’ll explain later. Right now, we must go to the Castle!"

Twilight Sparkle: "Girls, stay here. I gotta go with Starlight for something."

Starlight Glimmer: "Trixie has been with Sunburst for hours and I just saw them at the lake, and something’s strange. You gotta figure what’s happening!"

Twilight Sparkle: "Okay, just settle down. Hmm, one of these two magic potions have been touched. Was that Trixie who did this?"

Starlight Glimmer: "I believe that’s a yes, although I wasn’t in the castle at that time."

Twilight Sparkle: "Luckily, there’s another magic potion that does the reverse of what a pony wants to do. Let’s hurry and find them both or it’ll be too late."

Trixie: "I feel like we will be seeing the fireworks tonight."

Sunburst: "I LOVE to see that happening. After all, a wizard and a magician are similar."

Twilight Sparkle: "The coast is clear. All I have to do is pour the reversed magic potion on Trixie’s cape, and things should be able to work."

(reversed magic potions starts coming out, falling onto Trixie’s cape)

Trixie: "Hey! What’s all this glitter on my cape?!"

Twilight Sparkle: "Sorry, but I’m afraid you’ve been going too far with Sunburst lately. Do you not understand how it can hurt somepony’s feelings?"

Trixie: "I’m sorry, it was because Sunburst hangs out with Starlight more than I do, and I used one of potions to make him listen to me. I’m friend, too, and I wanted him getting along with me more often."

Twilight Sparkle: "I think you owe Starlight an apology."

Trixie: "Yes, ma’am. (to Starlight) I feel very sorry for taking Sunburst from you. I just wanted him getting along with me more because he’s a friend of yours, too, and I’ve been having him with me too long. Can you ever forgive me?"

Starlight Glimmer: "I forgive you, but you must understand that Sunburst is friends with you and me, and only he can decide which friends he wants to hang out with. Be more cooperative next time."

Trixie: "Don’t worry, I understand you, Starlight."

Narrator: "Once again, Twilight saved the day thanks to a reversed magic potion she used. Starlight and Trixie’s friendship reconciled, and Sunburst also accepted the misunderstanding that occurred between his two friends. And so, as everypony should know, friends are always on the road when you need them."
