A possible translation is she's saying she likes older guys or possibly someone's older brother. Not much context to go on


”すこ” (suko) is apparently a modern way of saying ”すき” (suki — "like/love")

The ”太郎” (taro) is apparently a name commonly given to the eldest son, usually after something else like jotaro, hamtaro, etc.

In the source's following tweet the artist says

スコ太郎はそんなこと言わない
(sukotaro wouldn't/doesn't say that [machine translated])

which doesn't help (sukotaro is not scootaloo's Japanese spelling).

I guess it could just be a character or person named sukotaro, but I wouldn't know
