First of all, it's Coño spelled somewhat similarly as you wrote it on your comment though, with more emphasis on the N and a mixted Y and I sound and its used in the expression "coño de la madre" as in "that cunt of a mother" it's not really used as a direct insult to his mother, it's just a common phrase expressing extreme discontent and desperation over someone doing something their mother would not have been proud of, or which mother would raise someone that'd do something that stupid, that sort of meaning, if she'd meant it directly it'd be "coño de tu madre" as in "your cunt/slut of a mother" or something similar.
She's mostly hurling insults and complaining that she's been calling nonstop to his phone and that it is late as fuck and that he's been doing that every single time he's been out driving her insane every night thinking he'd died or been cheating on her or some shit, just regular latina neuroticism.
