Ncoti Hooves be a member of the Hooves Family who works in the Primal Museum, a museum of prehistory and history. He may be eccentric, but he's also intelligent and noble. He has studied much on the past and its life. Not surprisingly, he's become a great friend and mentor to Sunny Starscout and her team. He may be a peaceloving being, but he's willing to fight for which is right as all Hooves before him.
