Some altboorus have a badge giveaway. can we make badges too?

Badges is a way to make site feel like home and it's members appreciated. (also make a cult)

I think, given enough space for creativity, we can come up with something, what do you think?

For instance, I saw lotus talking about this booru on 4chan. So there can be a badge given to 4chan newcomers.

Also for those who got banned kek.

-given to the most problematic ones (banned from derpi)

Aryanne can be given to everyone as some sort of a global event of 2020, you know? Like the ones you had before: equality sign, music magic and friends etc

A 4chan badge is possible. I think an Aryanne for participation in the Marenheit Art Pack is worth exploring, or a special badge for being banned from Derpibooru

If you have any recommendations, please do post them. An anonfilly badge sounds like a neat idea, though I don’t know what it would be a badge of.

Also, thanks for adding a derpi theme. Now this place feels like home. Editing posts works great too and notification system seems to be working fine.

These are the ideas so far:

-bug reporter badge
-looks like applebloom since there was an ep where she gets a job of zapping bugs
-given to people who report bugs

-tagging conoisseur badge
-no idea
-given to those who tag posts maybe too much

-Luna badge
-Luna portrait
-Given to those who got permabaned on derpi

-generous donator badge
-can look like rarity maybe
-given to those who donate moneys.

What do you think? Which one has potential?

Names and badge properties can be changed of course. It is now the best option to focus on badges that serve some kind of purpose.

Okay, a badge for being Permabanned from Derpibooru sounds like a pretty good idea. The tagging badge sounds like a good one as well.

Then I'll make a simple luna face badge for those getting permaban on derpi first. Now i need to come up with a name for it.

Still no idea what tagging badge can be though.
