When merging images, the tags are also merged. This is normally good, but the porter bot adds an “imported from x” tag when it uploads, so the tag gets applied to images that were uploaded here first. Would it be possible to exclude “imported from *” whenever tags are merged? (except in cases where the tag is already on both images)

The tag “standing splits” should alias to “vertical split” because both are being used to describe the same thing.

I just modified the fill colors of an svg with the correct mane and turned it into a png.

This sounds like a great idea. I miss the increased engagement on OC. The porter bot has been uploading images with new 6M+ ids instead of the original Derpibooru ones though. Til' that's figured out, I made a small filter that hides images imported by staff bots. https://www.ponerpics.org/filters/216

Alright, a question for everyone:

I was considering, once the (staff) importer is finalized, changing the default sort-by system so that images are sorted by ID number rather than by upload date, which means that new images can be steadily imported from Derpibooru, while user uploads take up the front page(s). The idea is to give more focus to uploads that artists make directly to PonerPics.

Of course, you can always change the “sort by” back to upload date.

Waiting for some time and then importing new images from derpibooru might not be an optimal sollution. It might be good to automize such process.

I also don't know if staff will take legal action against ponerpics for ^pffft stealing art.

I also had questions about the imports, mostly out of curiosity.

Does ponerpics have all art imported from derpibooru or only some portion of that? I mean, is it completely archived?

A lot of images (I think all derpibooru imports except the last two images) have their filenames broken.

WebM posts lose the black "WebM" label if "Use video thumbnails" is checked in the settings page, it makes it hard to differentiate them from GIFs. Could you change it so it's still clear they're webms in thumbnail view?

Backwards and forwards image navigation appears to be broken.

It's actually next to the "Filters" at the top over to the right. It has a drop-down arrow, and defaults to "static."

Where is the setting to make the spoiler tags reveal the image when you hover? I'm pretty sure that it exists somewhere, but I can't find where to turn it on.

Seems to be a bit of a bug with the "Artist Needed" tag. When adding an artist and removing this tag it will often take refreshing the page in order for it to stick.
